Bought it because it was the only one that would fit in the space above the stove. It turned out to be better then the one it replaced and had a much lower price.

When our refrigerator started making noises we got a new one on Black Friday. Since the microwave is close to the Refrigerator we decided to get a new one to match the stainless steel refrigerator. My wife and I installed it also used a car jack to hole it i place and it seems like we have a new kitchen. Thanks LG

The technician came 3 times just to get it to heat.Now it heats buts sounds like a jet taking off when you use it.

My old one died so I needed a new one and this had a good price and good reviews. Its worked fine and the auto features when I remember to look them up and try them work well. Overall pleased. Would have liked a timer button but other than that its good. Seems to heat evenly and with good power.

Our old microwave was not working well. Signs of time to replace or may have a hazard on our hands. Wow Couldnt believe how bad it was until we started using our new LG. So much faster at defrosting reheating. Great for heating quick
snacks. A very great quality appliance.

We just remodeled or kitchen and also NEEDED a new microwave. This one just happened to be in sale when I walked by. I love the LG products so I figured why not.. Its DEFINITELY a step above my old unit. I love the look. The only thing I miss is being able to just push 1-9 and my old unit would automatically start. Now I have to actually push the start button. Takes time to get used to that. But side from that Im VERY PLEASED.

We have been waiting on parts to arrive for 2 weeks now still have not had the benefit of using the microwave. Its incredibly difficult to not have a microwave when you have a toddler.

This is a satisfactory and economical choice for a microwave. It has easy to read large buttons and all the basic buttons you would expect on a microwave--except for a timer. I cook alot and could have really used a count down timer above the stove. I do not need the energy saving button as it appears to only turn off the clock illumination. Overall I am happy with this LG microwave.

Not sure I got a bad one or what but this lasted us just over 3 years the light shorted out after about 2 years is the LOUDED thing on earth. Sounds like your landing an airplane. Plus it has no timer or a way to turn off the turntable. I love the 7 other LG appliances and I just wish this microwave was built as well as those. I did LOVE the cleanability of the inside that is something I will miss for sure in our next different brand microwave

I thought I was getting a shelf. Since I didnt actually see a model I didnt know it didnt have a shelf my old Mic had one I had to buy on online.
Also there is no stand-alone timer. My old Mic had one.
