Great design plenty of door storage impressed with green power light and alarm if door is left open. In the garage not running that much in the extreme heat of the summer.

Frigidaire - 13 Cu. Ft. Garage Ready Upright Freezer Does good. It has lots of storage space for the size. Freezer does put off heat while running in storage area.

I am really thrilled with my new upright frost-free freezer with internal light. My previous freezer was not frost-free and I had to defrost it numerous times a year. And it had no light which made it hard to find stuff. This is a game changer for me!!

It sits in my breezeway right off my kitchen so it is easy to get to without going outdoors or in the basement. Have made great use of the doors and basket for veggies. It is quiet and so far the alarm has not gone off!

Just the right size. I had a Frigidaire freezer for 20 years and it finally quit so that is what prompted me to buy another Frigidaire one. Never had a service call on the previous freezer. This one is similar to my older one but a little smaller. Runs really quiet and I love the light indicator on the bottom that lets you know it is working. Much brighter than my previous one. So far, so good.

I loved this freezer; the LED lighting, frost-free feature, wire shelves, indicator beep if the door is open. It had everything I wanted and worked liked a charm. However, it lasted all of 2 years and 2 months. A repairman told us the condensor and dryer were shot and needed to be replaced at a cost far higher than the $800+ we spent on it. Do not waste your money. I did not buy an extended warranty, but if you still want to buy this product, go with at least 5 years. It's extortion but it's the only way to expect a product to last more than a year or two these days. I will never buy another Frigidaire product again.

We love the this unit so much. It is being used in our garage as a secondary freezer storage. There is plenty of room which allows us to stock up. It has a sleek design which gives us more garage space and lastly it is energy efficient, which makes this unit. A win win win on all levels.

I am writing today to advise my dissatisfaction regarding my most recent Frigidaire purchase. I purchased my first upright freezer Model FFFU13F2VW from Home Depot in 2022. (SN8A15251517). Yesterday I got home from vacation to find it had broken down. All of the food was lost. After cleaning out the smell y mess, I tried to restart it but to no avail. It runs but no cold air. Even though it is warm inside, the green light is on as it if were ok.Like my mother and her mother before her, I have always purchased Frigidaire products. Not because of the company™™s past history in Dayton, OH, but because our family experience with them has been stellar. I currently have a washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove and dehumidifier that are many, many years old and still running great. All of my appliances are Frigidaire. I am really disappointed that this unit only lasted 3 years. It is in a nice location in my basement with clean surroundings and maintained temperatures. I cannot understand why it died so soon. I am hoping the company can afford me some kind of discount on the purchase of a new one. The old one was over $800 and the food lost was over $300 as it was a lot of meat. I will have to pay for removal of it and delivery of a new one which is also costly. Is there anything you can do to help me afford a new one?

I have only had the freezer for a couple weeks, so I can't comment on the long term quality, but at this point I have enjoyed having the freezer. It does what I need it to do; an freezer in my basement to store extra frozen items.

This freezer has been perfect to replace my old Frigidaire that I had for over 30 years. Don't know how old it was because we bought it from my aunt who I remember having it when I was a little girl (I am now almost 70). So I bought another Frigidaire since that one had lasted so long, I was just tired of defrosting it and wanted a frost free one. So far the new one has been great and is perfect for my needs and FROST FREE!!!

After 18 1/2 years of service, I recently replaced my old Frigidaire garage freezer with the slightly smaller 13 Cu. Ft. Garage Ready Upright freezer. So far it runs great and looks nice in the garage. If it lives up to the example of the freezer it replaced, it will outlast me. Yes I recommend this product.

This is a nice replacement 13 Cu Ft garage ready freezer. Ours is inside not in the garage. It is narrower and taller than the 13 Cu Ft one it replaced which was also a Frigidaire. It is very quiet and the interior shelving and door storage configuration is great.

I originally had a box freezer and wanted to replace it since it was getting old. I looked at many types and this one is perfect for what I wanted. I find when I open it I can now find what I want. In the box freezer I couldn™™t see half of what I had. I bought extra things I already had. I love the separation of shelf™™s. The shelf™™s are metal which I think makes them stronger. Other freezers had plastic or glass shelf™™s which I think could break. We are very happy with our purchase.

Overall, the freezer is excellent, with very convenient shelves. The one negative is that because cold air is heavy, air escapes when the door is open, creating a vacuum when the door is closed. Until the pressure equalizes, the door is *very* difficult to open. It is easy to fix with a screwdriver under the gasket on the door.

We have only had the freezer for one week thus far. So far it is doing what we wanted it to do; keep items frozen. Unit looks great and fits where I hoped it would in the basement. We have an added adult living with us and this unit helps with space for extra frozen items.

We received this freezer 2 weeks ago and we love it! We had a chest freezer, but were tired of digging for items. Bought this upright for its convenience and size. Everything fits great. Bought bins for easy storage and they help make getting dinner easy. The temperature of the food is perfect, ice cream is not soft. The 5 shelves on the door are a plus and hold lots of boxes. I would recommend this freezer enthusiastically.

We had to replace our old upright freezer. Lowe™™s had a great deal on a new freezer in the exact size and model we were looking for. It was the exact size and had all the features. We placed this indoors, in the kitchen for additional freezer space. Very satisfactory.
